Falling below established targets - during any month - will not entitle the sales agent to participate in the Performance Based  Salary Program. They will immediately be placed in the commission only compensation option. The Performance Based Salary Program is paid the middle of the next month and reflects monies brought into the organization the previous month. No residual income is paid from package sales to salaried sales agent.
